Lessons are once a week, 30-minutes in length. Tuition is $140.00 per month ($175 for a 5-week month), and is due at the beginning of each month in order to hold your spot at our Studio (If you start mid-month, tuition is pro-rated to $35/lesson).
Tuition can be paid online via an electronic invoice, or by check via our locked box in-person while at the Studio. Tuition payments are non-refundable (please keep reading to learn more about our make-up lessons!).
If you decide to withdraw from the Studio at any time, please note that the tuition that has already been paid for the remainder of that month will not be able to be refunded.
ATTENDANCE & ILLNESS POLICIES
In the event that the client is ill, or that the client needs to cancel a session for any reason, the client will contact their instructor directly at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. If notice is not given to the instructor, the client will not be eligible for a make-up lesson.
Our instructors work with medically fragile clients, and we do not want to carry any illnesses to other families, infect ourselves, or our own families. Please cancel your lesson if the client is sick. If your instructor is called or notified about the illness at least 24 hours before the scheduled lessons time, the client will be eligible to receive a make-up lesson. It is understood that there are emergency situations and illnesses can occur within the 24 hour time-frame, and these situations will be handled on a case by case basis. The Board of Health considers the following signs/symptoms as indications of communicable illness/disease: vomiting, diarrhea, rash/swelling, fever over 100◦, sore throat, red or running eyes. Please be sure you or the client is symptom-free for at least 5 days before resuming lessons.
If a client has given reasonable notice that they will need to miss a lesson, our instructors will offer a make-up lesson to the client which will take place in the same billing month as the original missed lesson. Make-up lessons will be offered according to the instructor’s scheduling availability.
